    Women and Children First: Creating a Health Policy Agenda for New York In a time of significant changes to the health care landscape, the March of Dimes will host a one-day symposium to bring together New York State’s leading advocates to develop a multi-year maternal child health policy agenda.

    This important event will serve as a forum for clinicians, government officials, and consumer advocates to prioritize policy issues and develop strategies for a collaborative effort to improve quality and access to health care services for New York State’s women and children.
