The Signature Chefs Auction will include more than 20 Lehigh Valley chefs, caterers and confectioners including local celebrity chefs who will present tasting of their signature dishes during a large reception, followed by a lively auction featuring once in a lifetime dinner experiences presented by the chefs themselves.
Doors open and Grand Tasting and Silent Auction begins at 5:30pm followed by the Live Auction and Program at 7:00pm. The Mack Trucks Historical Museum will be opened to guests until 7:00pm. Program ends around 8:00pm.
Awards for Nurse of the Year will be announced and presented the night of the event,
