Does the March of Dimes collect sales tax?
back to topAt this time, we are required by law to collect sales/use tax on all orders from the states of AL, AR, CA, CT, GA, IA, ID, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, WI. Required states are subject to change without notice. If claiming tax exemption please submit a copy of your state tax exempt certificate to [email protected].

How can I modify or cancel my order?
back to topTo cancel or change your order please call 1-800-367-6630 before 2pm ET on the day that your order was placed.
Returns
How can I return, exchange or get a refund on an order?
back to topIf you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase on the packing list. Returns received after 30days are subject to a 10% re-stocking charge or a $5 return fee, whichever is greater. All sales are final after 60 days.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or was shipped incorrectly. If your order was damaged or incor-rect please contact our sales staff for return information.
